1. LEGAL NOTICES

The website www.jacobs-originals.com offers a range of items specially selected for our online customers. The site offers items for sale if they are available in stock and ready to be shipped. Although great efforts have been made to provide high-quality photos of our products, we cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile screen will accurately reproduce the true colors of the garment. Use of the website www.jacobs-originals.com belongs to Jacobs & Jacobs Originals and is subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Use' which apply to the use of the Online Store. Online purchases with Jacobs & Jacobs Originals are subject to the following Conditions of Purchase, which contain important information in relation to ordering items, payment and delivery. Jacobs & Jacobs Originals reserves the right to modify these Conditions of Purchase from time to time. In these Terms, references to “We” mean Jacobs & Jacobs Originals and “You” mean you, one of the customers of the Jacobs & Jacobs Originals Online Store.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF PURCHASE AND THE PRIVACY POLICY

Before your purchase, you will need to confirm your acceptance of these Terms by checking the box "I accept the Terms of Purchase and the Privacy Policy". By doing so, you declare that you have read and accepted without reservation these Terms of Purchase and, more specifically, that:

b) You agree not to place speculative, false or fraudulent orders.

3. AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE

Items offered on this site will be available in France, overseas territories, and Europe. No deliveries will be made to PO boxes. You must therefore provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address.

4. VALIDITY OF THE OFFER AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

The product offer is valid as long as the offer is made on the website www.jacobs-originals.com unless this offer is only valid for a specific period, as in the case of promotional offers valid during the dates indicated.

4.1 Availability of products

In all cases, all orders are subject to product availability. In the event of supply or stock difficulties, you will be refunded the amount already paid. Jacobs & Jacobs Originals reserves the right to withdraw any product from this site at any time, without incurring any liability.

4.2 Refusal to process an order

Although we do our best to process all orders placed on the Site, exceptional circumstances may require us to refuse to process an order after sending the Order Confirmation. Therefore, we reserve the right to do so at any time. In any event, Jacobs & Jacobs Originals will not be held liable for the withdrawal of a product from this Site, the deletion or modification of any material or content on the Site, or the failure to process an order once the Order Confirmation has been sent to the customer.

5. PLACE YOUR ORDER

1. To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into and formalize a valid contract in accordance with French law.
2. In order to make your purchases on the Site, you will be required to provide the personal information indicated so that we can process your Order. You represent and warrant that the information you provide is valid and correct.
3. Once you have selected an item, click on the image to access the product page where you will be provided with information on size, color selection, and availability. All item prices listed on the Jacobs & Jacobs Originals Online Store include VAT but exclude delivery charges, which you can select at checkout. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time.
4. If you are satisfied with your choice, click the “Add to Cart” button.
5. You can check the items you have chosen by clicking the “Shopping Cart” button at any time. You can also delete an item.
6. When you are ready, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the prompts. Please make sure you provide all the requested information.
7. Once you have confirmed your order, we will provide you with a Jacobs & Jacobs Originals order number, which will appear on your order confirmation. Please ensure you retain this number for future reference.
8. When you place an order with Jacobs & Jacobs Originals, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items in accordance with these Terms. Please note that we may not always be able to accept your offer (see Banker's Acceptance). All orders are subject to availability and banker's acceptance.

6. VALIDATION OF THE PURCHASE AND CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER

ANY ORDER MADE ON THE Jacobs & Jacobs Originals WEBSITE INVOLVES AN OBLIGATION OF PAYMENT
The purchase validation must be initiated by clicking on the "Finalize order" button. You must then:
-Log in as a Registered User (if you have not done so before filling your cart) or choose to continue as a guest.
– If you have chosen to place your order as a guest, you will need to provide your personal delivery details so that we can process your order.
– Choose the delivery method.
– Choose the payment method.
– After reviewing your order, you will need to accept these Terms of Purchase and the Privacy Policy by checking the appropriate box and then clicking on “Complete Order”.
Once the order is accepted and payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right not to accept your order. Non-acceptance may arise, for example, from the fact that an ordered product is out of stock or that we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment, or that you do not meet the eligibility requirements mentioned above.

7. PRICE AND PAYMENT

7.1. Price
All prices are quoted in EUROS. Prices listed on the website include 20% VAT but exclude delivery charges. Purchasing any product on www.jacobs-originals.com necessarily implies payment of a price. Prices are subject to change at any time, but these changes will not affect orders for which a confirmation has already been sent.
7.2. Payment methods
All purchases can be paid for using the following payment methods:
a) Cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express. Before confirming your order, we recommend that you check (i) the expiry date of your card and (ii) the limit allowed for making purchases.
b) PayPal.
c) Apple Pay.
7.3. Security of the payment process
Please make sure you have completed all the required fields. If you choose to pay by card, the system will contact the issuing bank to authorize the payment. Once the bank has confirmed the authenticity of the card, it will be debited with the payment amount. If your bank does not confirm the authenticity of the card, the order will be canceled. In all cases, you will be informed of the result of the transaction by email. By paying by card, you confirm that you are the owner of the card. Payment by credit card is subject to controls and authorizations by the issuing bank, so if this issuer does not authorize the payment, we will not be able to process your order and we cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery.

8. DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

Delivery
Free delivery on purchases over €150 (excluding discounts) for all deliveries to mainland France only.
Jacobs & Jacobs Originals ships orders (for in-stock products only) within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the buyer's order.
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the carrier.
In the event that we are unable to meet the initially planned delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible, indicating at the same time a new estimated delivery time, without incurring any liability towards you, it being specified however that you can cancel your order if the total delivery time exceeds thirty (30) days.

10. RETURN POLICY

Exchanges and returns of product(s)
Jacobs & Jacobs Originals wants you to be completely satisfied with the products you have ordered, and our online customer service team will be happy to assist you with eligible returns. If you have any problems with the Products you have ordered, please contact our Customer Service at contact@jacobs-originals.com.
Details of your legal right to cancel your order, and an explanation of how to do so, are set out below.
Only products purchased on www.jacobs-originals.com can be returned.
You may return the Products to us and receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products provided that you return the Products to us within 15 days of delivery of the Products.
The Customer is required to check the conformity of the products received in execution of his order at the time of delivery.
Any anomaly concerning the delivery such as: damaged package, missing products, damaged products, products not conforming to the order, must be notified within the legal time limits following receipt of the order.
Please note that all promotional products, including free samples and gifts with purchases, must be returned.
All returned Products must be returned new, with garment tags still attached, and in the same condition in which they were delivered.
The security thread, called the guarantee seal, on returned items must not be broken, cut, or missing. Clothing must not have been washed, worn, or altered, and must show no signs of use. Each item must be returned with all original tags attached and with all original packaging and accessories received with the order. Items returned in conditions that do not comply with our return policy will not be accepted for return or refund on the online store.
Customers who return their items repeatedly or after the deadline may be refused a refund at our discretion.
If you wish to return any Products to us, please let us know by contacting our customer service team at contact@jacobs-originals.com.
We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your return request. You may keep a copy of this (and any emails you send us) for your own records.
You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Product(s).
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of receipt of the returned Products. We will refund you to the credit or debit card you used to pay.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products. We are sorry but return shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for taking care of the Products until they are returned to us. We recommend that you return them to us by registered post and retain proof of postage. We will not be able to refund you in full if the Products are not returned to us or if they are damaged upon arrival.

Promotional codes or "Referral" offers generated by Jacobs & Jacobs Originals do not apply to shipping costs, unless the promotional code specifically relates to shipping costs. These are offers that can be used outside of promotions and special offers (unless otherwise specified).
Promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers (unless otherwise specified). Offers and promotional codes are not exchangeable for their monetary value. In the event of an item return (refund), promotional codes or "Referral" offers cannot be reused for a new purchase.

13.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the site, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. They are the exclusive property of Jacobs & Jacobs Originals. 14. CUSTOMS DUTIES

Any order placed on the site and delivered outside of France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer. Jacobs & Jacobs Originals is not required to verify and inform its customers of applicable customs duties and taxes.
